Blog ≫ 2003 ≫ Folkestone weekender

At last, a blog entry that is not just a handy way for me to keep track of what I've been up to at work so I have a smart answer when the boss asks 1... it's the weekend, so no work at all!

Had a delightful weekend in Folkestone, much better than I thought it might be 2 and although clearly it's a nice place and all Clare's family and our friends there are great, it's mostly down to a cafe that it was particularly great 3.

Low point of the weekend was probably texting while really squiffy, hope the right messages went to the right people...

  1. Ah that's what all those lists of popex related tasks are about on blog posts around this time. Reading back in 2022 I wondered why I was doing that.
