Blog ≫ 2003 ≫ Elbow Room

Yesterday was great, much drinking, didn't see Limp Bizkit at all  1, went to the Elbow Room 2 and played pool and finished it all off with a nice curry at Anglo Asian 3 on Church Street.

Just tried to subscribe to the national lottery 4, but it won't let me, because I'm using Mozilla.

Found some black beans at last 5, in the London Pride cash and carry down the High Street, black bean chili (from Beyond Baked Beans 6, that was featured in the Guardian Weekend magazine last week) and spicy black bean soup here we come.

Best album ever? Was I a bit pissed 7 8 I ? Must have been 9 I didn't even put in a link to buy it... Fixed that!

  1. Haha reading this back in 2022 I didn't know I didn't stick around for the headline band! Did we see support bands? Did we see anything? It was a big weird free show.

  7. Actually in 2022 I still think this is a very good album. I have the vinyl, though it is up on the wall and has not been played even though I have the record player again now. I must rectify that.
  8. And now in 2025 I find myself thinking the same thing... The record player is all working again, if I can get some time to myself, when the boys are not playing video games in the lounge, I will try and give this a listen. I do listen to mp3s off it.
