Blog2003 ≫ Reasons why I won't buy that flat

When I've cleared 800 emails. Got to check them all carefully for unsubscribes, to make sure I'm on the right side of the law...

So, a shame, especially as it was in an apparently good area of town with a sea view, and with secure underground parking. Keep looking!

  1. I'm still doing feet and inches here, why? It's 2003! Well at the time I wrote that it was, it's 2022 now I'm doing this director's commentary.
  2. I'm wondering now if there was some clever hidden storage, There ought to have been.
  3. Revisiting this post SEVENTEEN years later, I assume this was the flat on Clifton Road that I went to look at but can't remember who I went to look at it with...
  4. Now reading this again almost exatly nineteen years later 1) I think it must have been Dean or Dom who came with me. I didn't have any other friends in Folkestone. 2) I don't remember reviewing this two years ago (nineteen years after the original). 3) I am LOVING THIS that I actually drew a plan of the flat, it's all coming back to me now! I can visualise this flat right now, but I still can't see where the hoover would go. 4) I probably should have bought it, the place we did buy had no outside space either, and it had a service charge, and this one had a secure underground parking space.
