Depends what you want to do with your webspace, I use uksolutions.co.uk 1, mostly because I always have done, they give full shell and database access, handy for developing things. I heard via the Coverville 2 podcast that his hosting company give 1000 email address and 75GB of data transfer a month for $5.95 or something like that, which is A LOT less than I'm paying...
