Blog2008 ≫ Not sure where that came from...

... but I just got my old PC internetting wirelessly at last, without needing to buy any new bits, and by following a forum post from 2005 1. How many times have I tried this and failed? This time I tried something new, and it worked. I think I was inspired because Clare was trying to get me to throw out the old tube monitor, which is the only visible bit of this computer.

Still got one problem like this 2 where I'm getting an IP address automatically, but will fix that tonight. Then what do I use the computer for? Just backups? Some kind of media server? I do have a TV tuner card I should try and force into it. I should definitely try and make the most of the kit I already have for free instead of spending my christmas bonus on this Apple TV PVR 3...
