Blog ≫ 2010 ≫ How do I insert the current date / time in a Coda clip?

Looking at coda-clips.com ¹ but the only thing I can insert is the currently selected text... I'm trying to duplicate the useful things I have in vi.

Coda ² is a text editor / dev environment.
