Blog2010 ≫ Kettle go bang!

All our electrics tripped out this morning, I hope it hasn't fried my new NAS or computer, I left them both on transferring a huge library of music and movies overnight. Turns out it was our kettle, one of these 1. It's not the fuse, as the kettle light is still on, and there's not a lot else to it, so must be the heating element or something. It's not working anyway. Reset the trip switch and we have power again, but we need a new kettle. Have decided not to buy another one of these 1, as that's the second one that's failed in the last few years, so going with a cheaper one that looks similar.
