@itchypaws is right this is great 1. I say we're safe up to 9m, our house would not actually be underwater but as we are on a hill I suspect the foundations of the house would likely have eroded away. Maybe I can get a boat and moor it to the balcony before this point.

I'm glad the new remote controlled led lights I have ordered to run along the front path are waterpoof...
