Super sunny day, so had a nice walk down to the school with Number one son before work, him on his new scooter, me trying to keep up. I scooted it home for him, all the neighbours pointed and laughed.
Actually the neighbour who pointed and laughed has just sold his house, he has the detached one at the end of our street. Immediately the estate agent sent bragging letters round the houses saying "full asking price, after only two viewings" but also "recently remarketed, after a break"... it's been on sale for a year at least, I don't think they can really claim only two viewings. They say the full asking price, though if this is it 1 then that is the newly revised-downwards-by-about-75k asking price... full asking price MY ARSE!
