Went out last night for a rare meet up with the NCT dads, five of us from our original NCT class when we were expecting our first, and one other who's a friend of a few of us from different routes. A lovely time was had, nice to catch up. The wives do on a far more regular basis, we see each other about once a year probably. We're going to try and do this more often from now on.
I rode my bike out, as we were going to Hythe, perfect opportunity to try out the new bike lights Clare got me. I knew my tyres were soft but still don't have a working pump so had to chance it. Man it was bumpy, and slow, they were pretty flat. Got to try and get a pump today. I tried to ride back along the canal but it was just too dark down there, didn't fancy it so I did the sea front route instead. Nice, but felt like I was riding into the wind all the way home. Lots of night fishermen on the beach.
Anyway we went to these places (though not necessarily in this order):
💬 Finally we went back to the White Hart
