Not sure exactly what it was, but, they did not charge me for it. It's something like a washer being back to front and rubbing against a brush, but I'm not sure how that happened. Still working again now and they gave me the technical advice of "giving it a whack" if it happens again. Marsh Motors were really helpful and friendly, so I'm keen to go back to them for my motoring needs next time.
