Clare was working, so we got the bus into Folkestone. If that wasn't enough excitement we went to the coastal park. It rained a tiny big but we had a great time.
Then we tried to go up the leas lift but it's shut for renovation at the moment, so we walked on towards the harbour. There's a fair on right now so I couldn't get past it without taking them on some rides. After that I dragged them to Beano's for drinks and delicious vegan cakes. Clare met us there and drove us home. Splendid day, think we caught the sun a bit even though there was a spot of rain.
