I have still done NOTHING practical with mine yet, having to solder on connections is a barrier for me. I've put it on the network, hosted a little react web app that I wrote on it, then shut it down again. It currently sits unused. I need to get a battery pack and make it properly mobile. I would run it in the car, but I'd want at least audio out or an lcd screen, both requiring soldering...
Actually I could try just the usb connection in the peugot see if I can play music from it. Still need a car usb power supply for that though.
I'm keen to make some kind of heads up display for the beetle, using some of the one way mirror film magic mirror 1 stuff I've seen recently. Maybe mount it inside the sun visor, or a new rear view mirror...
