This one is similar 2 they do have the garage still but no view and no garden as far as I can see. Prices are actually moving round here.
One of the new houses at the end of Alexandra Corniche is back on the market too, they call it Ocean Heights I still think of them as Aldo Villas (that was the name of the builder). I'm sure the price 3 is about 70k more than they were sold for a year or so ago!
