The advent calendar brought it home to me, christmas is pretty close now I'd better get on with buying some presents. Clare prepared a huge christmas spread for the boys yesterday to give to them after tea. Jim came round, for chili, and Clare had hinted she had a treat for them. They were expecting a special pudding but instead it was a huge christmas bag with two advent calendars each (one chocolate, and a hot wheels one for one and Lego for the other), christmas books, and several christmas dvds... Clare is more excited about the build up to christmas than anyone.
I finally bought a couple of gifts, I think it's going to be ok.
