Clocks went forward of course, so there was no hope of getting up early to go for a run. Not that I felt like it but it would have been handy what with all the driving to do today. Walked round to Kerry's where she had made a splendid lunch. Our meal was spiced with sumac, I had never heard of it before. Very nice, thing two particularly enjoyed his, he ate a lot. That might be the last gathering like that in that house as it's now on the market.
Had quite a good drive home, only the speed limits made it a less than perfect run.
Planning to be back that way again in four weeks for the Suede gig, but not sure how best to organise it yet. Might be nice not to put the kids through the journey again, and go direct to the gig on the train or something. Will have to work it out.
Loved Race Across The World again, I'm sure there are more series of this in planning, I hope so. Stayed up a bit too late for a Sunday night really drinking all the wine.
