Final day of dryanuary / veganuary / runuary / whateveruary. Am going to do a 10k at lunch with a couple of work buddies. If they were not here I would definitely only do 5k for my final day of my pointless middle aged challenge. It is misty and drizzly here though not as cold as it might be, 10° - 11°.
Also Coronavirus is in Newcastle now. Portsmouth are playing Sunderland tomorrow, so it will definitely be heading your way.
I think something else is happening today but not sure what, been nothing in the papers. What are all thew news crews doing up on the White Cliffs in Dover?
Looking forward to The Last Leg tonight. It's on at eleven I think, if I'm still up after midnight it's OK for me to have a drink again technically. Maybe I will bring some takeout back from the Inn Doors, and hope Clare doesn't drink it all.
No parkrun tomorrow, got to be in Ashford for my cataracts consultation at half nine...
5k: Five km, just over three miles to you.
10k: Ten km, just over six miles to you. Sometimes talking about 10,000 steps though, an arbitrary daily step-count target.
dryanuary: Not drinking for all of January.
runuary: Running probably 5k every day for all of January.
