Just signed up here 1 and have their champion case of wine 2 on the way. I'm kidding myself it's for christmas, it will be gone before then...

An anniversary of a gig from long ago today, Under Neath What at the Marquee in 1989. Glad I went to that venue before it disappeared, even if it's not the original 1960s Marquee it's still the site of many massive gigs.

The boy had a good day at home today. School did send some work through and he did some but mostly took advantage of this bonus day. Will be settling down to proper work tomorrow. In theory. Though Clare is at work tomorrow, and so am I. I will still be in the house but won't be able to supervise him. He's going to have a lot to catch up with at the weekend if he gets this wrong.

Confusingly only some of his small group of friends who all get the same bus have been told to stay home. I suspect the school have messed up this idea of a bubble, they're not sure who is mixing with who. A friend says the same at his boy's school. Someone in the class has tested positive for coronavirus, but his boy has not been sent home as he doesn't sit next to this one.

Another good day of work, new job is still going well. It's such a big place to work though, so many people to deal with. It's surprising the team are as agile as they are, it's a very well oiled machine.
