Blog ≫ 2020 ≫ Good day of smart-homing

I fitted my THIRTIETH IKEA smart light bulb today, and all is working well. I'm well on the way to phasing out Lightwaverf from the house and the IKEA ones are working very nicely. I put another eight bulbs in today, in the playroom. Also fitted those new smart blinds 1 at last and really pleased with them too. They're solar powered and phone app controlled and everything.

Walked to Sandgate and back with the little one, while the bigger one was at home doing homework. Then we watched the final installment of The Hobbit 2, meh.

Got a delivery of beer from the Firkin Alehouse too, so a good day all told.
