I did the treadmill again today, at lunch, just in case I didn't feel like going out when Clare got in. She has banked an hour this week so I'm hoping she'll be home while it's still just about daylight tomorrow and I can go out then. Then two weekend runs, and I'm done! Unless I keep up some sort of running challenge in February too.
