Same old same old today, making meals, preparing school work, doing my work, tea, an hour of TV, and then bed. I took my new shoes on the treadmill, so I could feel less like an animal trapped in a cage. However that makes me exactly like an animal trapped in a cage, a hamster, running on a wheel, rather than the might lion. The new shoes were fine, they fit fine and they feel good..
It was actual Groundhog Day 1 this week, they date in the film. Someone just said on the twitter "watched that film this week and so jealous he gets to do different things every day", that sums this all up. It's pay day tomorrow, why can't I go hog wild spending it? I might buy a chair, as I spend most of my waking hours sat in this one. Even though it's not on my official shopping list.
Home schooling is going ok. I get a lot more feedback about thing two, I see all of his work and submit it to his teachers and see their response, but less so with thing one. I am getting updates from his teachers by text saying good work.
Lots of gig anniversaries that I missed yesterday, And You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dead twenty years ago ), and also Ash twenty years ago, two gigs in one day. Not such round numbers but also Goldie Lookin Chain, Love, and Sultans of Ping. Lots for this day too, 60ft Dolls twenty five years ago, Ash twenty years ago, Billy Connolly, and Travis.
Good news about the vaccines being done quickly in the UK. Good luck with yours Dad!
Good day on the shares too, recovered all that I lost in last week's little Gamestop / Reddit market disruption related dip. I have missed out an another couple of "instantly doubling" that other people have made a mint on, but slow and steady possibly wins the race.
