That's a nice way to end a weekend. I went to the Inn Doors for just an hour yesterday afternoon, and as it was closing they gave away the rest of the beer to take home. They're not open again until Thursday and it wouldn't have kept.
Before that we had a rainy afternoon in Canterbury. Thing one neede new school shoes as previously mentioned, and the shop in Folkestone has closed, so it was either Ashford outlet or Canterbury. The outlet is alright but I always regret driving to Ashford, so went for Canterbury. We had lunch in Nandos, which was complicated to order, and we had to wait outside for half an hour in the rain to get in.
This morning he says the new shoes don't fit, they are rubbing, though they were fine yesterday. There is always something. At least he has the way-too-big shoes to move into next.
We're back to Ashford after school / work today anyway for an ultrasound. See what's going on with this boy's internals.
