Clare has headed off to her training in Canterbury, with her little suitcase. We've done our coronavirus tests and they're on the doorstep waiting for a courier to collect them. The boys' teachers have sent them some work to do so that is printed out, and we're about ready to start the day.
We had a lovely day yesterday, I have got slightly sunburnt though. I dropped my new picture off at the framers in Folkestone and walked on down to the Harbour Arm to meet Clare and the boys there. We got some food and had a beer from Docker while we waited. And waited. And waited. Dr Legumes food was lovely but the service was not super competent. We had to go up three times to ask if someone could come and take our order, and when it came they brought it in takeaway bags instead of on plates as we'd sat on a Docker table instead of a Dr Legumes table. I thought everyone could sit anywhere in the Harbour Arm? It's a shame, I should show loyalty to the vegans, but it's put me off going there again.
We played mini golf too, it was fun again, and then I walked home via the Inn Doors. A great day!
I have no side effects from having my second vaccine yesterday too, which is a bonus.
