Thank you Ryan of course for you suggestions of how to find handy-people and of recommendations in Kent for VW repairs, I just haven't tried any of them as I want to be absolutely sure I have exhausted the resources on my doorstep. OG Buswerks is not getting back to me, I don't think I should chase him any more. I'm trying trans-porters again 1. Their website is nine years old, and their email bounced. I tried the landline number for them that google has, it has been disconnected. It does have a mobile number on their facebook page 2. Can't really tell if that is more recently updated. I phoned the number, and I think they rejected my call - it rang once and then disconnected. Am I on a block list somewhere. Have texted, it has not bounced back to me yet.
Clare excitedly asked me why I was washing the beetle yesterday, ARE YOU SELLING IT??? No, I'm getting round to getting it in regular use again. I could be going to the train station in six weeks, or maybe even less.
Work going well, they want me to do more "leading". Maybe that just means they don't like my coding though and they want me to do less coding.
Another hot day here, though not really been out yet. I only did a school pick-up, didn't even do the school drop-off this morning, as Clare had a late start so she did it.
