Went for a run anyway. Parkrun is back on Saturday and I have to be ready for it. Looked at my old stats, my best parkrun was just under twenty-one minutes, in January last year. My same distance today was just under twenty-five minutes! Maybe running with people will encourage me a bit. Also there is no slowing down to cross the road or anything when doing the parkrun.
Clare in the boys are in Canterbury today, hopefully not to find the Nandos there has also closed down.
