Sort of triathlon. Up relatively early, biked to parkrun. Did parkrun and faster than last week so my best time of the year. Then biked back, then went swimming with the boys and did twenty plus lengths. Back for a sit down? Oh no I mowed the lawn and tidied up out the front and now am having a sit down.
I sat and read my new book 1 2 on the balcony for a bit but it started raining.
Some parkrun stats:

So at 38th out of 400 at a time of 22'57 it was a better than average (my average) performance all round. My previous two runs at Folkestone were my best and my worst ever as it goes! The previous run was the first one after my cataracts operation, and the run before that was the last one before my cateracts operation. I've not really recovered properly since then, though that run was also at the end of a month of training every day and not drinking too, hmm.
