Oh dear, loads of furious texts from thing one, can I pick him up, the bus isn't coming this way because of fuel shortages (brexit) it's left him in Hythe. No I can't, I have thing two here, Clare is at work with the car, I could not fit them both safely in the beetle. So he's walking back from there and not happy about it. It'll be character building. I have spoken to him a couple of times on the way home to be sure he's going in the right direction.
I had the dentist this morning, it went very well, very quick, I was out again in two minutes. There is still a bit of fuel left in the car.
