Flip out was the birthday treat of choice. Some of his friends could not make it, so thing one also got to take a friend, so a quick drive to Dover to pick him up. Parking chocka at Flip Out, and inside the building too. The most crowded place I've been for a while I think, if we don't get coronavirus from there we never will.
I had booked to bounce myself, thinking it would be only thing two's friends, so to accompany thing one a bit. It was more balanced than that, so I did not have to bounce, so we just sat in the cafe while they wore themselves out.
The cafe had no coffee! Seeing this more and more little shortages of things, it's definitely a thing. Brexit.
