Have not been out properly for a couple of weeks now, could not do parkrun last week, and did not do it this week because of thing one's birthday. Normal 9am parkrun time is peak present opening time, and Mum and Dad were here too. So we did presents and things, and he was very pleased with his haul. Then shocker, Clare and I went out for a run together for the first time ever! It was nice, I hope we can do it again. Her Fitbit estimated the run quite a bit longer than mine...
That's the last proper exercise I did. Can't do parkrun again this week either, but I am going to try and volunteer.
