Woke up aching. I don't think I'm going to mamge the push up challenge. I am behind schedule already and my whole body hurts. Today so far I have managed twelve. Not drinking for dryanuary has not made it any easier so far. Also I don't think I really slept last night.
I did get up and run though, I think I caught about the worst of the weather. It was in my face all the way to Hythe and then at my back for the return leg. I think there were about 1% of the people who were out walking yesterday out today.
We took the decorations down too, and then went swimming. For about ten minutes. They had to clear the pool I think because of a poo. Fairly sure it was not us.
On the way back we went to Homebase to buy more boxes to pack away the christmas decorations. Tonight we're having fajitas (though the shops were a bit light on the things we need) and then probably playing Settlers Of Catan 1. I hope it is as good as everyone says.
You may have spotted my running and exercise stats are back. I gave it a try just to try and see what had gone wrong with the syncing of my stats from Garmin to this blog, and it just started working again. These stats have been missing since May 2021 so all my numbers on "how often I used the treadmill" etc are way off. I will gradually reinstate these missing figures, as if I try and do too much in one go it will block me again.
