Hectic morning with work but I went out for a run at lunch, 5km to Hythe and back along Princes Parade. A lot more people out today because it was sunny, but it was absolutely freezing.
I found the push-ups a bit easier today, but I'm still way behind schedule.
Just made a delicious dinner for me and the boys (Clare is on a late) but the boys did not like it. It was vegan and I didn't tell them, but it was enchiladas and veges. Oh and I didn't really make it, it was the luxury meal deal for two from Tesco. I got overexcited when the luxury meal deal was a thing I could eat. Something to do with veganuary.
Dryanuary all still good.
In danger of forgetting I have an eye test in Canterbury on Saturday.
