Very frosty out, very cold, heating on. Again not quite a big enough gap for me to do a run this morning. A disturbed night, with Clare on late, I was awake when she put the lights on in the early hours but I did look at my watch at this time. If I do look at the time it keeps me awake thinking about the time. Then I woke up a couple of times and thought "it must be about time to get up" but it was 3:00 and 4:00. I was waiting for the alarm, and up at 6:45 to make breakfast for thing one.
I have about a fifteen minute gap now before making breakfast for thing two. Probably I'll do the same as yesterday and head out at lunchtime, but I might get a kilometre or two in on the treadmill and see about counting that as my runuary activity for the day, topping it up at lunch.
Yesterday's push-ups came much easier, though I'm still not doing more than thirteen in one go.
Had an alcohol free beer yesterday while watching a good documentary about Dubai on BBC, but not missing boozing yet. I suggested to a Friday night pub friend that I drive this week and we go somewhere further afield. He can't make it this week anyway so I'll stay in, maybe next week.
Working from home again. As far as I know not due back in to the London before February.
