It's not looking good for your man Boris Johnson is it? Who would ever have thought he'd been lying the whole time? And finally enough people are getting fed up with it. From "there were no parties" to "if there were they were within the rules" to "I was not at any of the parties" to "I was at the event but I did not realise it was a party", whatever next. He's taking us all for fools and he should be out on his ear asap.
Regular routine of make breakfast, treadmill for a bit, make another breakfast, treadmill a bit more, and then treadmill the rest at lunch. It was a lovely day today, really sunny, but I did not have the chance to go out. I had to have a short lunch because of work, so had time to treadmill but not to run outside. Maybe tomorrow?
I think I have done over one hundred pushups so far today. No not all in one go, but ten to twenty at a time.
