Did not get up quite as early as planned, but did go for a run outside. Just to Sandgate, up the hill and round past the barracks, so a bit over 5km today. Nice to get out, and wasn't as cold as I thought it would be.
Did 100 pushups again yesterday, none so far today but should not be a problem.
Clare doing her last late of four, so I think we're having a lazy day here. I have some cooking and small jobs to do but will try and catch up some reading.
