Parkrun today, and my best run of the year. OK I know we're only four weeks in, but this is probably my best run of the last couple of years. This week of the year, after four weeks of dryanuary and runuary training is usually about the best I'm going to do. If I had been doing runs outside all month that might be better and I might be fitter, but this is OK.

Twenty-nineth day of running 5km every day, and I only have twenty-nine more 5km parkruns to get my next t-shirt. Just give it to me now already surely I earned it? Hopefully I'll fit twenty-nine more parkruns in this year.
After that we went swimming, I did twenty lengths and the boys did nearly the same. The pool was very busy as the little pool was closed, so I think they did really well. After to Tesco to get something for tea, they wanted spaghetti and meatballs so I have snuck in some "hidden veg" options, they'll never know.
After that I did a charity shop run, I remembered to get the stuff out of the loft that we had been saving up for a year or so, and I cleared the bags out of my study. I had to go to two different shops as there was so much stuff. Then I got home to find two more bags that I had forgotten to pack into the car. It's never ending, I don't have the energy to go out again now
