Blog2022 ≫ I should have stayed in London

Feels like I just got home, and now we're getting back on the train again. I should have stayed in London last night.

I worked in London yesterday, and it was fun. I met some friends I have been working with for a year and a half but had not actually met before, and at the end of the day we even went to the pub. Reasonably busy day, definitely less productive than working at home. Lunch on Leather Lane and I had my semi-regular spicy falafal wrap. At the end of the day we headed off for a beer, as I had not left the car at the station. First tried the Craft Beer Company but it was a bit crowded, not accessible enough for one of our party and his mobilitity scooter, so we went further down Leather Lane to the Christopher Hatton. Also a bit inaccessible but we made the best of it and had a few pints. I only briefly walked the wrong way out of here but made it back to Kings Cross St Pancras. Bumped into someone from Holiday Extras, but then don't I always. Made my train and walked home via the Inn Doors.

I should have just stayed in London last night shouldn't I? Getting everyone up now, and have to get train tickets, amd pack, and now we're going back to London for the day. There is an escape room calling us.

Has Boris Johnson not resigned yet? Seriously??
