Trying to go swimming, but the pool in Folkestone doesn't open until midday, and then only for lane swimming? Can we risk that? Will we just get in people's way? Probably. So we're to try Hythe.
I'm 14% done in the "100k in May" challenge. 2km on the treadmill yesterday plus an 8km run to fetch the car, then another 4km on the treadmill so far today. It's only day two, I'm ahead of the game.
