Running challenge still going well. I did some treadmill today before work, and a little more at lunch. Very busy at work and could not go out at lunch because of extra on-call duties, but I still felt like going at the end of the day. So after Clare got in, and she had her run, I went out and ran to Hythe. Thought I'd go a little further and run through Hythe, but at the point where I had to wait for some traffic I paused my watch, and had a drink. And then forgot to pause it again. I ran at least another 2km on to the Red Lion and then back past the Three Mariners before thinking "why hasn't my watch gone beep?". It was still blinking away on pause. I started it up again and ran back along Princes Parade but the run only counted as 5km when I think it was at least 8km.
Saw a load of kite surfers in Hythe:
