Wow ten years ago I said £375k was a lot of money for a house a couple of doors along, as it was on sale then. It's on sale again now for £650k. I should have remortgaged then and gone for it, though maybe I could not have raised enough then to buy it. I quite like it now at this price even, I'd love to have two garages, and the extra rooms, and the potential to build on top of the garages like some other neighbours have done. I just can't be bothered with going into debt though, it would be an insane thing to do at this time.
I can't find it on rightmove now so maybe it's off the market again.
