Original plan was to treadmill it today, so I did 1km to start and thought I'd carry on around the breakfasts. Then did not and thought I'd carry on at lunch. I had a micro-lie-in today as Clare had to be out first so she got T1's breakfast and brought me a cup of tea. This is lovely and appreciated and I hope it happens tomorrow too, but it doesn't leave me enough time to run in the morning. It was nice out though so I did the circuit-including-the-hill that I said I was going to do yesterday.
Work busy but good. Sounds like I'm going into London this Wednesday.
