I never did come back and add more details but you can see the pubs we did in the list below. Was just Alwyn and I who went out so we went in some of the pubs that our third member would not normally go in. Looks like we started in The East Cliff Tavern, though I called it the East Kent Tavern. Then to The Lifeboat which is now gone. Was this tthe time someone made a racist comment in there that put us off? Not a member of staff but a punter. We went in The Space Bar where there was no real ale, we might have just had a half, and to The Beer Shop where the only real ale was a milk stout. We ended up at at Harvey's, which I think closed a bit early. Got a memory of going in The Punch And Judy too, which is also gone. If we did I didn't write it up, so that would have been Febrewery done even quicker.
