Just found this, looks like I had already tried home automation software Deconz. This is a thing I was thinking of trying again as it's supposed to be better for making use of the IKEA Trådfri devices I have than the ZHA option in Home Assistant. But, it looks like it didn't work for me then and it's not working for me now! I will try again. Looks like I ought to have been able to get Home Assistant running just as easily using kit that I already had, ah well.
This weekend I must get my IKEA speaker lamps back online. They've both been out of action since the power cuts of last week.
