I am the heaviest I have ever been right now I think. Still not fat, but starting to feel the weight I am carrying. But still can't motivate myself to go out and do more running in this cold. Will go again on Saturday. In the meantime try not to over-eat. However we are having curry tonight for tea, just a put in the oven job. Actually put in the Ninja and the microwave today, saves energy and works just fine.
I did cane the free energy today, Got three washes and three tumble dries in.
