Went to Canterbury today. One of the things I needed to do there was pay the remainder of the holiday, and I completely forgot. So just done it online, and I need a lie down now.
Done some exercise this morning, a warm-up on the treadmill and then a walk and a run with Clare and the boys. I hung back this time to run with T2, try and encourage him into going a bit faster but I seem to have slowed him down. T1 on the other hand sped right up. Maybe I'll "help" him tomorrow see what that does to the times.

We went to Go Outdoors while we were out, to get T1 a few bits for his DofE, and a look at the tents. They actually hard more good stuff in this shop than I remembered from last time I was there. I remember I liked it, because they had so much outdoor gear, then I went off it as it all seemed to be lower end brands. They do have some quality gear in there, plus some brands I'd not seen anywhere else. After this little shop we went into Canterbury centre, and had lunch in Wagamama. Not the best Wagas, mine was nice but Clare wasn't so happy with hers, and it did take a long time to come out this time. I had bang bang cauliflower and tofu raisukaree curry, a new one on me.
mild + citrussy. a fragrant coconut sauce, tofu, mangetout, red + green peppers and red + spring onion. served with a dome of white rice, chilli, coriander, sesame seeds + a lime wedge
Seems like I should be in the pub now, but I can't quite face it. All my friends are sharing pictures of beers in their gardens, maybe I'll sit out on the balcony and do that. One of the neighbours is out mowing the lawn so it might not be that peaceful out there. Sun is shining still, though there have been patches of rain today.
OK I got there in the end:
Light rain and a moderate breeze, 9 - 16℃.
