They have arranged to go to grandpa's for the day, only told us last night. This really means meeting friends round grandpa's house and grandpa buying them a takeaway. Bottom line is, no running today for them, and so probably no running for me. Busy with work, would have made the time at lunch to run with them. Just went for a brief walk instead and made some arrabiata for our dinner later.
