Man alive it's busy again. Incident calls all morning, I was able to resolve them. Quick pot lunch then back to it. Here's some content I dictated to myself earlier:
I was up early today. Had an hour free completely free before I starting work. I wasn't really up super early, just 6:30 with the boys. That's the time they've chosen to get up to be ready for the school bus. Today was the first day of getting the bus, so this might slip later and later. They were all breakfasted and out of the house before 8:00. The last school day I'd just get at home from dropping T2 off, just in time to start work, but today I have an hour free so I'm doing my afternoon walk now. Just walking to Sandgate and back. It's nice out at this time of day. More people about than yesterday, and the tide is right out. You can see all the rocks.
Have a premium bonds email this morning. "You've won a prize"! Exciting! I can't log into the premium bonds on my phone, it doesn't like the browser there, so I couldn't see what I had won. I could see "We've reinvested your prize" which tells me it's not the million pounds I could do withd. It was 200 quid when I finally checked it, so that's nice after a couple of months of no winnings. .
Cleaners will be there when I get back, hopefully Clare will have made made them a cup of tea 1 before she heads off to Dover to collect some new school shirts. Predictably as T1 was getting dressed yesterday morning the freshly iron shirts didn't fit him anymore, so ordered some and she's had to collect.
Then I seem to have put Crabble Mill in my calendar for this Friday. That's a beer festival. I don't remember doing it. I think we'd have to have tickets in advance and we haven't got the tickets as far as I know so I don't think that's happening. Probably best not to have a big night out in Dover on Friday. No other plans for this week. Maybe cinema on Sunday. Maybe out for lunch on Saturday?
I have no boring gig updates today.
