Blog2024 ≫ Got new service charge bill

£350! That is for the whole year, and usually we get two bills. The management company has changed, but still, that is a lot. £8k in there for "brown tailed moth treatment", this sounds a lot like the old "fruit and flowers" that bands used to put on their expenses. Who are these brown tailed moths and why are we treating them? The total bill for the year is £35k and I have to pay 1% of that.

Been to park run, cycled there and back, and it was quite a good run. No rain, I did start off with a bit of a stitch though. Clare gone off for a haircut. I have sat here for an hour in front of the computer looking for more times in my blog that I mentioned seeing Stewart Lee that are not appearing on the gigs page. I see I didn't put any of Edinburgh Fringe Festival in there yet, that will skew the numbers. Not sure Stewart Lee is going to overtake The Darkness in the chart of acts I have seen the most times, but you never know. So far I have counted thirty-five by The Darkness, which is unlikely to rise, and only six by Stewart Lee, which likely will.

Sunny intervals and a gentle breeze, 15 - 21℃.

5k: Five kilometres, just over three miles in old money.
