Blog ≫ 2024 ≫ Have found a good small sized washbag
This looks about right, from mammut.com, just big enough for toothbrush and toothpaste, but with a mirror and hangs up. Small for traveling, but definitely a washbag. For my super lightweight traveling so far I have been using a tiny pencil case from Flying Tiger, which I think is a pretty cool travel hack 1. This one is on the list.
Is there a smaller one out there? If it's much smaller it won't fit a toothbrush in (but I do have a folding toothbrush right now).
Runners up in this search so far are
- The new version of the one I already have from LifeVenture, but it's bigger than I need at 200 x 130 x 40mm, and heavier at 135g.
- Sea To Summit do a similar one, 225 x 75 55mm and only 80g;
- Bicycle Collective have one that is not much more than a plastic bag, but it is light at only 35g. No organisation though.
- Tread Lite Gear also have fancy plastic bags. Super light at 10g!
Received wisdom seems to be actually ditch the washbag altogether, just put it in a ziplock bag. But I would like some organisation.
- The more I think about it the more I like my original idea, maybe I just need a hanging hook on this one?
