Someone came to look at our damp ceiling and says it might be a leak also, but we definitely need to fix the extractor in the bathroom. So we got someone in to look at a problem, an now we have two problems! Someone's coming to look at the ventilation in the bathroom. I have wanted a better extractor for ages. Hopefully we can get one that goes out through the wall instead of up through the ceiling. Then when a roofer comes to fix anything going on the roof he can seal that up too.
Mainly I hope we can get these things done without needing scaffolding, as that will double the cost and the hassle.
Boys off to school already, both got the early bus, so I can go out for a walk before work starts, before the ventilation guy gets here.
Thundery showers and a fresh breeze, 12 - 18℃.
