Did Parkrun with T1 again, he did not even complain in advance. He did a minute faster than last time, which is great. It's still five minutes slower than I'd like to have done.

There were four paragliders swooping over us while we were running, they came down a lot lower than it looks here. Really good to see. Two of them landed on the leas while we were running.
